Global TEDx for TEDWomen events

TEDWomen 2010 will celebrate women and girls around the world by convening a global event centered in Washington -- and connecting with self-organized TEDx for TEDWomen events around the world. These simulcast events will each have their character and bring their own ideas and energy to TEDWomen.

TEDWomen 2010 will be a truly global event, with an international speaker roster, as well as self-organized TEDx events throughout the world. These events will be organized through our TEDx program (which helps individuals or organizations to hold their own TED-like events). For TEDWomen, a webstream will allow these simulcast events to take in -- and feed back into -- the entire conference, as it happens.
